You didn't even comprehend properly what I mentioned. There are more suicides in India because of unemployment over suicides in mentioned countries because of overwork. That's a complete different thing. Secondly, in all such companies like zepto, zomato you get ESOPs so of you are working there you do get a little piece of Pie. And I was saying the same thing which you failed to understand, people should work for themselves which means if they work they will get more promotion and more opportunities. Also no point in arguing further, and just an advice, never abuse during a discussion it ruins your worth.
