Dig up on your arguments before presenting them. China and Japan are infamous for their toxic work culture which lead to suicides. Chinese Government had to intervene to regulate the 996 working hour system. Japanese are suffering from "overwork death" phenomenon. Do you have any idea on what you are saying? Secondly, why shouldn't anyone work for themselves? If there is a mutual benefit in working for the founders, for example, stake in the company, increased compensation, then one should go ahead and pursue the work as demanded but if there is no mutual benefit, no high appraisal, then why the fuck will anyone want to work their ass off for nothing? And why won't they switch for other opportunities, won't you switch for a more profitable business model leaving behind the current set of employees working for you? This month, a company named Healthify managed to secure 104% of it's targeted profit and was hailed. A week later they laid of 150 employees to have more profit. So 🖕off
