Aaah, India would have been a lot better if we didn't have people like you but can't help anyways. Chinese worked day and night after independence, Japanese worked day and night after atomic bombs but we Indians think that if we are working the owner will get the profit so why we should work. And this is the exact problem, you never work for the founders, you work for yourself. You learn, you become valuable, you get promoted, you get better switch opportunities etc. All in all, you should anyways enjoy your profession, if you are not then it doesn't make sense anyways.
