Most people get promoted based on their accomplishments in their lower level which means a good salesman becomes a manager even if his experience in leader ship is shitty. This leads to a toxic work environment and I'm sure many of us deal with it. What are alternatives? And should we have exams for managers and other high jobs so that only job compliant people get accepted?
