This can work but have some complexities for eg - you will get the leftover mostly at the end of the day then you have to pick it up and store it and here's the problems - 1. How will you pay restaurant because you don't know if the whole food is going to be sold 2. Let's say if you agreed on some amount but what if the food didn't sold as per your expectations you can't store it for much longer now
