Making the pricing of a product in not good for the long run and anyone can creak the pricing anytime with good networking/sources and even with better and innovative modifications.

I personally don't like him that much, it's not hate, just I don't find his frequency same as me. That's all. But in respective of this issue, I want to say that, I think he didn't like Startups either. He doesn't have that mentality to grow in a combined way, where all can create space in the genre. He just creates dominance and shows like he's the only one. There is a episode in Shark Tank where Piyush wanted to help a company by holding 30 percent stake. Anan jumped up and distracted those pitchers, driven them to wrong ways. Whereas he just go on and blatantly grabbed Hammer. And destroyed the brand from the core. It's not healthy for a growing ecosystem.

Cheap price is a good option to attract audiance but it can never be a reason for growth boat provide good sound quality and comfortable products. Also boat's tws starts from 999 which is not cheap in this industry where tws starts from 300.

USP: boAt’s marketing strategy revolves around providing affordable yet top-notch audio products. Startup who pitch their usp is price he think does their product have value or this product providing is high quality . And as of now most startup comes with no high quality products.. Reason why you need High quality or valuable product , because at first you can spend crores in marketing to sell your products but in long terms no customer come twice to buy their products, customer retention very less, mouth to mouth marketing very less.. in india customer mentality is value and High quality products at affordable prices. But when startup play affordable price for low quality or less valueable products. It gets fail and they ended up burning money and time .. that's why Aman dislike because he knows the startup is playing wrong game.

Price is good to capture audience but you should provide more value .In long run you need to have more capital to sustain

May be because he knows Building Startup on Price as a USP is hard and will not work in every industry.

Because he doesn’t want to admit that boat is a cheap Chinese brand.

A questions best answered by him, however here is my take: 1. If you play on the price-game, it will need a good amount of capital to build a distribution system to get sales. 2. Established competitors in the industry can very well offer seasonal discounts as well, which means for an entire season your product sales will take a nose dive. 3. Need good amount of money for advertising to make your product visible and heard. Basic funda- if you play on low price , then you will need to invest upfront, for a VC this may not be the optimal use of their investment, Since the outcome despite the initial investment may not be attractive, profitable yes- but not very attractive.

Because he knows price as a USP doesn’t work in the long run.
