BoAt (imagine marketing) started by Aman Gupta and Sameer mehta in 2016. Sameer mehta is the CEO of boAt and Aman is Chief Marketing Officer(CMO). In the beginning of his career Aman gupta worked as an assistance manager in Citi group and later also worked in JBL. Finally in 2016 boAt was started with an initial investment of 30 lakh rupees. Vision: The vision of boAt is to make consumer electronics fashionable and affordable, and to improve people's lives through audio and wearables. As of November 2024, Boat, an Indian audio and wearable products company, is aiming for a valuation of over $1.5 billion in its 2025 IPO.
