Have you ever had a fantastic idea for a product or service, but weren't sure how to turn it into a reality? This is where the Business Model Canvas comes in. Imagine the Business Model Canvas as a one-page blueprint for your business idea. It's divided into nine easy-to-understand sections that walk you through the key questions every entrepreneur needs to answer: • Who are your customers? This section defines your target audience, the people you're aiming to solve a problem for or provide value to. • What problem are you solving? Here you define the value proposition, the core benefit your product or service offers to your customers. • How will you reach your customers? This section explores the channels you'll use to get your product or service in front of your target audience (website, social media, partnerships, etc.). • How will you make money? This section focuses on revenue streams, the different ways your business will generate income.
