They will give you the graduation certificate as y grad from the Distance college( as not certified by NIRF n all)-As far as I know, and speaking about placement, they are good enough to place every student there. But the harsh reality is that only rich kids apply there, like you applied for abroad (via SAT for Stanford, Brown, MIT), but couldn't make it. Then they invest that big chunk of capital into this institution.
