In my pov in water industry there's no brand, there's just distribution. And bislery and kinley are the distribution king. However as this industry is commoditized and run on very low margin there are lots of local players whose are giving away large portion of their profit margin to the distributors. Thus nowadays we can barely see original bislery and kinley. There are space for mass premium water brand if positioned clearly. TAM would be definitely small compared to local players.
