What about Idea 💡 Like many company selling water just changed branding like bisleri , bisleri etc. so can we start a water distribution company but in this we promote diffrent brand on bottle sticker and do branding on bottlea . so that brand have to pay to us If they want advertisement them on our water bottle. Even so that we can sell our water bottle in very less price because we also earn from water bottle advertisement. 👀👀👀👀

Slight twist to your idea, corporates would not opt for this type of branding , instead you can target Restaurants, brand it under their name , incorporate a QR code via which the customer can scan and view the menu, this would give more value proposition and purpose to the startup. New Restaurants opening every day , TAM is large , highly scalable Low or Nil Completion. Think about it !!

Here is my suggestion for your business, first of all I already heard of it somewhere, someone is doing, I don't remember exactly. But you can still do it like this. Collaborate with companies for sponsorship, then print their advertisements on water bottles and go to crowded areas like stadiums, marriages, events, etc. Provide these bottles for free.
