Now days I am observing that big privet companies are treating there satff like a slave or a machine , just work work and work nothing else wheather we talk about India or any other countries in world all of them are doing same thing with there staff

A idea on retaining employees An application provide to all employees and Aaj some questions from them about work Like they feel satisfy Is there any improvement needed etc etc to enhance productivity and also train HR department for that speciall
