Now days I am observing that big privet companies are treating there satff like a slave or a machine , just work work and work nothing else wheather we talk about India or any other countries in world all of them are doing same thing with there staff they don't treat them like there family. Even though the staffs are giving there best but atleast if they done a single mistake they are fired from the company. I think now staffs are also forgetting there self respect and working for there like a slave Why everyone one treat corporate employees like a slave they are aslo giving there 💯 to the companies growth but then also know one respect them they just doing there 9 to 5 work and then back to home.
