Hey startup owners. Which are not earning any revenue rn , please share approx how many people are working in your team. If you have interns, how much are you paying them? If not paying them then what are you giving them to make them work for you. Please share. This will be helpful.

If you are currently working on your prototype stage, you can assign shares of your comapny based on the time and dedication put by your employee and you can encourage your interns to perform some critical tasks which they would not get a chance to do if working for a big corporate so a great value addition to experience. A minimal stipend can be considered to allow them some window for financial stability.

The first stagw should be just you and your cofounders. Interns can aid, but may not be helpful the way you think it should. For bootstrapping, keep it with you and the other founders, and at right time, raise funds _S

One interesting fact- employees are paid salary firstly in the starting of the month , and owners will get money which is leftover after paying salaries to employees and after paying all the taxes, interests etc. And still after that owners are rich
