Hey startup owners. Which are not earning any revenue rn , please share approx how many people are working in your team. If you have interns, how much are you paying them? If not paying them then what are you giving them to make them work for you.

If you are currently working on your prototype stage, you can assign shares of your comapny based on the time and dedication put by your employee and you can encourage your interns to perform some critical tasks which they would not get a chance to do if working for a big corporate so a great value addition to experience. A minimal stipend can be considered to allow them some window for financial stability.

Bro the issue is that visibility and applicants reduces in internshaala for low stipends as students apply there only for getting paid, and the commitment is also lesser from students
