Hi to all my peers and fresh minds out there. I am having an issue in my life and i need some serious advice or suggestions. I am doing devops internship in startup with stipend of 3k per month , after completion of internship they maybe give 23k per month with 2 years of bond and my manager is not assign any task to me , I daily come comapny do personal stuff and go without any learning form orgranization. Doubt is that could i continue in this startup or start finding jobs in other startups. If anyone having hiring of devops intern or devops fresher pin me it wil be very helpful.

Money is okay in current scenario but make sure you learn what you have joined the organisation for. Also be open to move outside, irrespective of you sign a bond or not. try to avoid singing bond and if you do, push back on highly restrictive clauses.
