Take any decision based on your situations and priorities. No need to worry about these issues, just think about the alternative ways and how you can improve yourself more . So in future you should not feel bad about the decision you make. Just think practical also takes challenges so that you should not stop in one place by considering you cannot achieve other goals.. I would suggest don’t quit impulsively and make sure you have another opportunity lined up or a plan to balance both work and study. You can always negotiate for a more manageable workload or a different role if you think it’s worth it for your learning
