I'm little confused in my career right now. I have 3 years and 4 months of experience and work for a service based company, 5 days office. I am basically a backend developer and currently working in two projects in my company. In one project am full time enrolled and in another a shadow resource is working under my name. My CTC is 17 LPA. Is it okay or should I look for a switch? I am really getting frustrated due to the shadow resource not working properly and just killing time or maybe he has lack of skills. This is the reason I am looking to resign. But I just wanted to know if my salary at this much experience is okay? Or should I look for more opportunities?

Probably since you have worked there for 3 years it could be wise to look out for a new job in a better company. And I think if things don't decent you could get a better offer too. Else could demand the same in the current company as well. But changing your job would be better i guess..

You better know the salary is okey or not for you. In my point of view this is much better but looking forward for more is not a bad thing. I would suggest do some side hustle or business as if you getting tired of work all day. Warren Buffett - "if you don't make money while sleeping, you will work till your death" or it was something like that. You better what to do for yourself than anyother person
