Modern intenship platform (Internspace) Problem statement: Finding internships for students is a mess due to mass applications and managing them and selecting the right candidate with proven skills for recruiters is cumbersome. Concept: A platform to connect students with internships and streamline the hiring process for recruiters. Features: - Uses ai to screen student profiles through tailored questions based on their resumes. - Recruiters can limit applications by setting max numbers of applications or minimum screening score. - Dedicated discussions section for each internship listing for students and recruiters to discuss and exchange experiences. - Students can review companies they interned with to help future applicants make informed choices. - Keeping students updated on application status on each step for increased transparency. The platform is needed in today's circumstances but try to screen profiles based on AI interview in which a bot will be the interviewer to ask questions on resumes like mercor.com . One additional features can be a feedback mechanism for applicants why S/he was not selected and what can be improved.

First things first, great idea ngl. So let us dig into some key points to note down. We already have special platforms for these purposes such as Internshala, LinkedIn, etc.. So this line obviously covers the first 2 points mentioned in your ideas list. 3 - Sound idea, but let me tell you something, HRs don't usually have time to start & propogate discussions in social media & spend hours to share & gather student experiences. Sorry, but that's reality 😕 If you wanna introduce a medium for interns to connect, again linkedin beats the deal & as it's just easy to connect with peers & have a chat with them. 4 - The review system has long been used & often you can usually see the company ratings/reviews publicly in social platforms, or even websites such as glassdoor etc.. 5 - Hmm, the transparency concept is really a great idea. But as per my experience so far, the companies won't let the application details out for every update because it is so hard to keep up the status.

As a student myself, I love love this idea! It is actually very useful and much needed today. Internships are an important part for skill development and if a platfrom could do this. It is a wonderful idea. I would love to use something like this. It is actually very useful, it gives training of almost job like structure to students which is great. They'll learn how to build resume and present it. Awesome idea. Please work on it .
