You are right , but I feel this idea will work , yes it will face some major challenge in the beginning but I feel once the network effect starts playing it will will solve most of the issue and if HR's are getting some valuable interns after little bit efforts I think they will go for it . It's my opinion, I may be wrong , but I feel this will work
