First things first, great idea ngl. So let us dig into some key points to note down. We already have special platforms for these purposes such as Internshala, LinkedIn, etc.. So this line obviously covers the first 2 points mentioned in your ideas list. 3 - Sound idea, but let me tell you something, HRs don't usually have time to start & propogate discussions in social media & spend hours to share & gather student experiences. Sorry, but that's reality 😕 If you wanna introduce a medium for interns to connect, again linkedin beats the deal & as it's just easy to connect with peers & have a chat with them. 4 - The review system has long been used & often you can usually see the company ratings/reviews publicly in social platforms, or even websites such as glassdoor etc.. 5 - Hmm, the transparency concept is really a great idea. But as per my experience so far, the companies won't let the application details out for every update because it is so hard to keep up the status.
