If you’re stuck, you might just be eating up your own boost. Let me explain. We all have that initial energy and drive when we first start something—our ‘boost,’ if you will. But over time, we burn through it without realizing it. Our mind gets cluttered, and suddenly, what used to work doesn’t anymore. That's when it's time to hit the reset button. If you're feeling that way, these steps might be just what you need to clear your mind and kickstart your business growth again. 1. Step Back – Sometimes, the best way to move forward is to step back and take a breather. It might feel counterproductive, but trust me, you need that distance to see things clearly. 2. Reassess Your Strategy – What worked when you started might not work now. Take a hard look at your business model, target audience, and marketing efforts. Are they still relevant? Are they still aligned with your goals? 3. Focus on Small Wins – When you're stuck, trying to achieve something huge can feel overwhelming. Instead, break things down. "Hate it or love it, but you can't ignore LinkedIn." is what I normally use to say. Tides are changing now. Its chaotic but it has userbase that can't be ignored. If only LinkedIn seperated company updates and personal professional updates.

Hard agree on LinkedIn becoming a shithole of motivational bs and humblebragging. Every third post is some "Here's how I went from a janitor to a billionaire CEO" most likely fictional story designed to go viral.

Ok, I'll be 100% honest here. When I first joined LinkedIn years ago, I thought it was a great professional network for keeping your profile updated and making connections in your industry. The ability to follow companies and see job postings was really useful early in my career. These days though, I find LinkedIn has become a bit overrated and cringey. Too much humblebragging, motivational word-vomit posts, and straight-up misleading career humble porn. It's lost some of its professional edge.
