VC's have a lot od dry powder so they might pay good rn, but remember that since investments have slowed down, learning as a fresher there might get affected. Plus it also works on hype cycles so you'll have to spend a lot of time in VC to understand the game.

Go for PeakXV, Stellaris, Accel, nexus, Lightspeed, Matrix, these are creame. If not, then try the Indian ones, Fundamemtum, India Quotient, Fireside ventures, Better Capital, Sparrow Capital, Water bridge, Chiratae etc. And if not then try for smaller ones like Riverwalk, Eximus, Faad, Fundamental, 42VC, Marshot, FirstCheque, PeerCheque, Peer Capital, Lumikai, Dexter maybe. Three usual ways I know of- 1) Get into a tier 1 MBA college, go to Mckensy, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and the make a switch. 2) Previous experience in PE/Hedge Funds and then make a switch. 3) Build a succes startup and upon exit, join a VC.
