Want to make into VC. Any advice on how I can land a job? Have heard that they pay decent. The idea of meeting founders and vetting decks seems super compelling. Which firms would you advise?

Go for PeakXV, Stellaris, Accel, nexus, Lightspeed, Matrix, these are creame. If not, then try the Indian ones, Fundamemtum, India Quotient, Fireside ventures, Better Capital, Sparrow Capital, Water bridge, Chiratae etc. And if not then try for smaller ones like Riverwalk, Eximus, Faad, Fundamental, 42VC, Marshot, FirstCheque, PeerCheque, Peer Capital, Lumikai, Dexter maybe.
