Want to make into VC. Any advice on how I can land a job? Have heard that they pay decent. The idea of meeting founders and vetting decks seems super compelling. Which firms would you advise?

Three usual ways I know of-
1) Get into a tier 1 MBA college, go to Mckensy, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and the make a switch.
2) Previous experience in PE/Hedge Funds and then make a switch.
3) Build a succes startup and upon exit, join a VC.
