Point 3 is bang on. Operator led experience is highly appreciated in VC’s. And they understand startups and entrepreneurs better imo. Was watching Matrix India’s Avnish Bajaj’ podcast with the Deserv guy and he emphasised a lot on how they are focusing on this.
