Here’s how we plan to control pricing: Government-aligned rates: We will follow state guidelines wherever applicable — including base fare, per km charge, and waiting charges. There will be no random or on-the-spot pricing. Clear fare before booking: The customer will be able to see the estimated cost before confirming the ride. Simple platform fee: We’ll charge a small fixed platform fee instead of a percentage model that pushes drivers to increase fares. No price change after booking: Once the ride is confirmed, the driver cannot increase the amount. Strict action against overcharging: Any misuse or misconduct will lead to penalties or removal from the platform.
