idea is simple. This is for travel industry where we will be taking out the commission at the end of ticket booking for hotels and other places. we will just charge them a minimum fee.. that way the host gets the full payment and we get our fee for the platform and our work... this way we could get to to much traffic into the platform as this platform will be the cheapest compared to all.... so what do you guys think about it??

Cool concept, but good luck scaling this. The existing giants have deep integrations, global SEO dominance, and insane brand recall. You might attract traffic with low fees initially, but retaining users will require more than just pricing.

Honestly, this is long overdue. Platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, and Agoda charge 15–25% commissions which eat into hosts' margins big time. A flat minimal fee sounds attractive and could absolutely disrupt the industry if marketed right.

If you're referring to a platform that act as another middleman that charges low commission than the rest of the competition then put a light on the margin you're making after each conversion. How long will you be able to run? Additionally, website get traffic based on the overall user experience and not just the affordability solely. There are multiple factors are responsible for each successful conversion.
