working at an app startup with millions of daily active users early in your career gives you unreal exposure. you see how tech actually scales to that level, how tiny product changes move whole cohorts, and how decisions are made purely from data instead of gut feel. you also see things most people never do this early, crores of ad spend being deployed and scaled on meta, attribution breaking or working, and how growth really compounds. if you’re new to startups or want to build one someday, try really hard to join one of these rocketships. that kind of learning is very hard to replicate anywhere else.
