AGM / GM – Techno-Commercial Sales 📍 Location: Bangalore 💰 Salary: ₹20–35 LPA (based on experience) 🧾 Experience: 5–20 years 🏢 Industry: Technical Textiles Role Overview We’re looking for a strong Sales Leader (Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM / GM) with proven experience in B2B / OEM / Institutional Sales within the technical or industrial textile sector. Key Responsibilities Drive B2B and institutional sales across assigned textile verticals. Identify and onboard new OEM and distributor clients (domestic & export). Manage pricing, proposals, negotiations, and profitability. Collaborate with R&D, Production & Quality teams for trials and custom solutions. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Requirements 5–20 years in Technical Textiles (Agri / Geo / Packaging / Automotive). Strong techno-commercial acumen with costing & product performance knowledge. Proven B2B / OEM sales experience. Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management. International business development experience preferred. Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Textiles / Polymers / Mechanical) or MBA (Marketing). Willingness to travel within India and overseas. Preferred Background Candidates from companies in these verticals: Agri Textiles: Shade nets, crop covers, pond liners Geo Textiles: Reinforcement, filtration, erosion control Packaging Textiles: PP/HDPE woven, FIBC, industrial sacks Automotive Textiles: Roof liners, filtration media, performance fabrics
