I am an experienced working professional, having more than 3 years of working experience in different industries. From Inside Sales, to Key Account Manager and now Vendor Manager in a Construction company. Throughout my career, I only worked with B2B clients, which include Onboarding, Hunting, lead generation and end-to-end sales cycle. Now, I am looking for a growth and stable job, but unfortunately, I cannot find any related to my experience. Everyone offering the BDM or BDE role and a tele-sales type job is giving me deep frustration about what to do next to find the best role. Don't want to get into this BDE and BDM pre-sales trap. Can anyone suggest to me which roles are suitable for me, and how to get these opportunities? Even no sales jobs are matching with my current package, which is 7.25 LPA.
