SaaS Audit #2: Qme Sometimes the smallest gaps on a website can create the biggest confusion for users. I recently explored Qme’s website and noticed a few areas that could be improved, not just for them, but as learning points for any SaaS founder building trust online 👇 [1] No title or meta description: These are essential for SEO and discoverability. Without them, it’s hard for users (or Google) to know what the site is about. [2] Demo flow mismatch: The “Schedule Demo” button redirects to a “Get in Touch” form with no mention of demos. A dedicated demo page with clear intent could help capture high-quality leads. [3] Form validation: The contact form accepts entries like a@a. com or phone number “1.” While small, fixing this improves lead quality and user trust. [4] Single-page limitation: The site is just one page, without product, features, or blog sections. Adding these can help users better understand the offering. [5] App-only access?: The website doesn’t clarify if there’s a web app. For SaaS, this can create uncertainty for potential users. [6] Admin panel visibility: It’s not clear how or where admins can access the panel. Important detail that could be highlighted. [7] Localization clarity: On app install, all amounts showed in EGP (Egyptian Pound). Is it meant only for Egypt? If yes, highlight that. If global, currency flexibility could help. These aren’t “failures”, they’re opportunities. And in SaaS, opportunities compound into growth when addressed early. That’s why I’m sharing these audits: so other founders and marketers can review their own sites with fresh eyes and spot similar areas to improve. Because at the end of the day, a website isn’t just a digital brochure, it’s the first trust signal your users see.
