My friends personal experience just read !!! I was scammed by one of the job portals. Firstly I got a call from HR. She gave me an address for the interview which was 50 km away from my house. Luckily I live in Mumbai and have the local train service. They called for 3 rounds of interviews which took almost 1.5 weeks. In the first round itself, they asked for ₹2500 for opening an account and promised me a ₹28k salary and that ₹2500 would be credited along with that. But in the 3rd round, they told me they would give only ₹13k for the first 2 months. Earlier they also promised pick-up and drop but later they denied. When I asked for my ₹2500, they denied and started threatening me by saying “humari pehchan bahut hai jo karna hai karo paise nahi milenge.” Still, I am looking for a good job via job portals but getting nothing. Job portal name “Job Hai.”
