Getting a off campus job as a fresher is tough as hell. That too if you are looking for some roles which needs lots of expertise inplace. I faced lots of challenges. Mentioning some of them that HRs can improve and job seekers could take care off. 1. LinkedIn job tagging of entry level is very much misused by recruiters. They tag experienced roles for entry level which makes no sense and confuses us as hell. 2. Even for fresher roles they ask exp for many tech stacks and languages this piss me off as hell. What the fuck should I put there bruh. 3. many job portals are scams. I am getting calls for restaurant servents and dmart sales person calls in naukri and apna portals. Where I have done a m.tech 🥲. 4. Many recruiters get back to you and gives assignments and take you to final round and never replies to you or start ghosting you. This piss me off as hell bruh. Atleast reject me. Wtf is not replying. Have many stories to tell. But this are the most things that demotivate.
