I just got a remote job & my company wants to micromanage everything using their software. Even when i asked them to test my work for a week and if they feel that tracking is necessary they can start tracking my laptop but they denied. Should i join the company or not? I also do freelance but i was hoping to get a fixed income job to support my financial needs.
