First and Foremost, don't look for a Co-founder, searching for a co-founder means you have to commit and trust someone you barely know -> not a good idea right?? So here's what we I did. Look for someone with a skillset required for your startup to grow that you don't possess. Try to find someone who will be responsible for using their skillsets to develop a product. Obviously for this you need to incentivize through money or some other perks. After the development of the first draft you can decide if you want to continue or not. If yes you can agree to a long-term situation. if not, you know what type of person will be suit your business. Basically what i am trying to say here is don't find a co-founder, actually build a team that you will lead alone. In this journey trust me you will find right people to work with and build your business with in the longer term. DONT HURRY! For now Lead Alone. BTW, I am a Founding Engineer at an automotive startup based in Canada. I am looking for professionals to connect with to understand more about their workflows with AI. I can also help you out with sharing secrets from our firm regarding hiring. You can book your 20 minutes here whenever you are available: https://calendly.com/garvg7904/link

What matters to you having a right co-founder with complimentary skill sets? Find a co-founder if you have not yet, because doing alone for long time may be frustrating.
