I Have two questions ... Is the resume created by AI or by a person?? What's the revenue model for the company?
1. Initially, the core of the platform is an AI-powered editing tool. The AI's purpose is not to create a resume from scratch but to act as an assistant, highlighting strengths, suggesting improvements, and ensuring the resume is polished and aligned with specific job descriptions. 2. Our platform is a completely free tool designed to empower job seekers by refining their existing resumes. We believe everyone should have access to professional tools, regardless of their financial situation. We're looking into donations, sponsorships and partnerships to keep the platform running and continue to offer these features at no cost.
Instead of requiring users to create a resume from scratch, the platform will offer an upload and enhance option that works directly with the user’s existing resume. 1. Resume Upload Users can upload their existing resume in PDF, Word, or text format. The system parses the document while preserving the original design, formatting, and layout so the final output looks exactly like the uploaded resume, only enhanced. 2. Job Description Input Users paste or upload the target job description. The system analyzes the requirements, keywords, and emphasis areas of the role. 3. Smart Resume Editing (No Fabrication) The system refines the wording, phrasing, and structure of the uploaded resume. Highlights the user’s existing strengths in a way that naturally aligns with the job description. No fake additions: It never invents skills, certifications, or experiences not present in the original. The resume design stays exactly the same,only the content is updated for clarity and alignment. 4. Insights & Gap Analysis Along with the enhanced resume, the platform provides a side report: Strengths Match → Which skills and experiences weigh heavily and align best with the job description. Skill Gaps → Missing areas where the user may need additional learning or experience to be more competitive. Keyword Density → An analysis of which terms from the job description are present in the resume and which are missing (without forcing false additions). 💡 Outcome: Users get a polished, job-ready version of their own resume that keeps its original style, plus clear insights into what they should actually improve or learn before applying. just a idea from my side , because no one is doing this , everytime we will upload resume and they will parse it and based on the JD they created a resume on the new design with all the fake skills written..... And the parsing is bad (some time they won't work unless the resume is in single column format)
