I'm looking for a co-founder for last 3 years and the search is still on. It is very difficult to find a co-founder if you come from a smaller towns and if you are looking for a tech co-founder. People in smaller towns are more attracted towards jobs. Even if they join you as co-founder they constantly look for job on the other side.
