Sometimes it's better to start alone and along the way you will find your co-founder . Do not waste time on finding, there is no right way to do it , if you make progress in what you are building right people will automatically find you, so start with what you have, meet people with open mind , take precise steps to make sure the person you see delivering consistent results promote them . Many companies shut down due to co founders issues , so it's better to start alone then be sorry after mishaps happens ! Don't let other people tell you that you need co-founder to start , it's great if you have one but Don't wait !
