Well i think getting rural patients to trust online doctors and apps plus overcoming digital literacy barriers is huge. Scaling medicine delivery and lab collections across India's diverse geography is incredibly complex and expensive. Also yaar making a profit on low-cost plans against established players, while covering high operational and acquisition costs will be an uphill battle. Convincing enough quality doctors to consistently use and prioritize a new platform over existing options is tough. I see a lot of blockers here.
