isn't a minimum cgpa too restrictive? I mean, having an option for it, every recruiter will want to have the person who had the best grades but wouldn't it also limit the users?

That’s a really good question — and honestly, I asked myself the same thing. We initially set the 7.5 CGPA bar to maintain quality and trust, especially early on. But we also realized that grades aren’t the only measure of excellence. So now, Finna Pro accepts either: 👉 A minimum 7.5 CGPA with a verified degree OR 👉At least 3 years of full-time professional experience This way, we keep the platform focused on serious, credible professionals, but we’re not excluding great talent who’ve proven themselves in the real world. It’s all about balance — keeping the bar high, but not narrow. Thanks for asking ☺️🙏
