Obsessing over distribution is good, but it doesnโt help with when your product has high churn. Churn will always outpace the distribution and hence the growth.
Building a good product is still number one priority.
As a founder, you have to focus on this: Distribution. Distribution will be your moat in 2025 and beyond. A good product alone won't do it anymore.
