Booking The sender selects: Source and destination bus stands Parcel details (size, weight category, type) Receiver information The platform displays available buses, operators, departure times, and delivery charges. The sender confirms the booking and receives a digital token or QR code. 2. Parcel Drop-Off The sender arrives at the pickup bus stand before the scheduled departure. They hand over the parcel to the bus staff after showing the booking code. Parcel handover is logged, optionally with a photo or staff acknowledgment. 3. In-Transit Tracking Once the bus departs, the parcel status is updated. Tracking is provided via: Live GPS (if supported) Scheduled bus status updates The receiver is notified with real-time updates and ETA. 4. Parcel Collection At the drop location, the receiver shows an OTP or booking code. After identity confirmation, the parcel is handed over. Delivery is marked as complete on the platform.
