Registered over 180 million trips with a customer base exceeding 20 million (as of 2019). Acquired by Ibibo Group (a subsidiary of South Africa's Naspers) in 2013. Became part of MakeMyTrip in 2017. Operates on a commission-based business model, earning between 10% to 20% on each ticket booked. Also offers hotel booking services and provides special deals and discounts to attract and retain customers. Allows users to select their preferred routes and seats, enhancing customer experience. Holds a 70% share in the Indian online bus ticketing market (as of 2018). Reported annual revenues of approximately $85 million in 2019. Boasts over 20 million users globally.
