hey, I would suggest just going completely into building a "hey guys" cloud kitchen, as you have already tested your product. Also, if you need urgent funds for this startup, maybe. Find a part-time job that fits perfectly and skills you want to learn. Also, for your cloud kitchen, you should first build a website, list all your products, or even a business WhatsApp would be a great way to start. Conduct an exhibition, create daily content about your product and try to reach as many customers through referrals. Build a team as per the orders and list out on Zomato or Swiggy when you are ready.

You can try with Zomato / Swiggy or you can have a bit of investment and launch your products on blinkit & nearby stores or supermarket.

hey, i wrote very useful post about validiting and working on an idea.. u can go through that.. on the same note quick starting tips: try and test your brownies by giving them free to random people in public areas and record their reactions. if 70% give positive feedback you have a good product + you have their reaction/content for your Instagram game. 2nd step go with food exhibition and attract customers.. and then you can probably open a store/brand/cloud kitchen

i will suggest to make a proper business plan, spend time understanding Customer and market first. Think yourself as a customer and why will you buy products from you? research number of potential customers and how much % you can take from the number and how.

start making videos of your cakes and cookies and post them on Instagram also make your account on Swiggy and zomato.presentation is very important in the food business and also create good packaging. take 1st step and trust the process 😊

I would say if u live in a tier 2 city and ur avg chip size is 250 to 400 and u live in a very connected part then go on with the cloud kitchen

Food industries advantage is you’re never late in that. Start small. Sell on Instagram in your city. Than make a website once you’re sure ppl are liking the taste. Than make it big.
