you are right but we are not just talking about restaurant unsold food there are events , banquets, marriage hall and more whereever there a large number of people often several kilos of food get thrown away I know that cause I was also a person who throws it several time even when it was totally fine but why did I need to throw eat well the event ended and the food was tomuch to eat and people where less to eat. what do you think now. and about the market well i am still not sure about it also the 48000 is just best estimate response although indian locals railway carrys more people then that number. people would just think why would someone eat something that being unsold and ofcourse I am not gonna feed unhealthy or poison to the people the food will be passed with trusted restaurant after checking it authenticity. any more problems you can think of ? let me know it might help me
