This Insane restaurant is making people eat in complete pitch darkness, and the twist is people who will serve you are totally blind. They do this to help you experience life in the same way they do, and they have employed thousands of blind people and changed millions of people’s mindsets on this disability. This exhibition over 30 years ago and has expanded to 47 countries across the world. Dialog In The Dark is proof that when you put purpose first, success will definitely follow. So founders take note, using empathy and innovation in your business will always give you returns. Share the value with someone who may need it.
