OYO was never a tech company. It was a hotel aggregator with a flashy app and VC sugar high. They scaled too fast, without fixing the core unit economics.
i booked hotel in dimapur but when i was arrived at hotel my booking is canceled and then i was facing so much issue to find new hotel . and then i was serching this on internet .this type of problem faced by so much customer when they booked hotel
Guest books the hotel through OYO platform. when he reaches the hotel, receptionist asks to cancel the booking on the OYO platform and he'll offer the room to the guest, with a different cost which is fixed.

I think we should copy Oyo this time because unmarried couples are not allowed in Oyo but we can open a hotel in which 18+ couples can stay And we can also differentiate the rates within it, like if Oyo's per hour is 500 then we will keep it for 300
