My 7-Point Checklist Before Adding Any Lead to the Pipeline Before a lead makes it into my pipeline, it has to pass this 7-point checklist 👇 This is how I ensure quality, compliance, and actual pipeline-readiness—not just vanity metrics. 🎯 The Checklist: ✅ Matches ICP (industry, size, region, job title) ✅ Verified contact (email + LinkedIn + phone if possible) ✅ No DNC (Do Not Contact) violations ✅ Role relevance confirmed via LinkedIn/job responsibilities ✅ Tech stack compatibility (if targeting based on tools) ✅ Active company signal (hiring, funding, press, etc.) ✅ Past engagement or intent signal (e.g. event attendance, content download) Why does this matter?
