Umm imo maybe focusing solely on attracting big brands risks losing that raw, community-driven energy that makes it unique. Perhaps a hybrid model, combining some paid entry for smaller local events with broader efforts to clean up the overall image for bigger sponsorships, could be a more balanced approach? Yes, you are right. this is a more balanced model. But sustainability and scalability is the problem in this model which hits the TOs after a time period, so eventually they have to move fully on one of the 2 models, paid entry or brand sponsorship.
