Umm imo maybe focusing solely on attracting big brands risks losing that raw, community-driven energy that makes it unique. Yes, you are right. this is a more balanced model. But sustainability and scalability is the problem in this model which hits the TOs after a time period, so eventually they have to move fully on one of the 2 models, paid entry or brand sponsorship.
