Umm imo maybe focusing solely on attracting big brands risks losing that raw, community-driven energy that makes it unique. Perhaps a hybrid model, combining some paid entry for smaller local events with broader efforts to clean up the overall image for bigger sponsorships, could be a more balanced approach?
